PDF Viewers
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.1 or higher.
- You may need to download the appropriate version of Adobe PDF here: Get Adobe.
- Unable to view titles
- Unable to view Reports
- Unable to view Receipts
Third-party PDF viewers must be disabled in the internet browser's settings and Adobe Acrobat Reader must be made default, otherwise issues will persist.
To disable a third-party PDF viewer in Chrome, enabling Adobe:
- Type Chrome://plugins in the address bar and hit Enter:
- On the Plug-ins page, scroll down until you see "Chrome PDF Viewer" Name and select Disable
- Locate the Adobe Acrobat Reader Plug-In and select Enable.
To disable a third-party PDF viewer in Internet Explorer, enabling Adobe:
- Go to Tools
- Select Manage Add-Ons
- Select Toolbars and Extensions
- Verify that "All Add-Ons" drop down menu is selected
- Locate the name of the third-party PDF viewer, and Select Disable
- Locate the name of Adobe PDF Reader, Select Enable
- At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Select the panel. button and then select
- Find Portable Document Format (PDF) in the list and click on it to select it.
- Click on the drop-down arrow in the Action column for the above entry and select the PDF viewer you wish to use.
- Click to close the Options window
